substandard bed inadequate soundproofing

the location was acceptable for exploring the area.

The bed quality was substandard. i also found the soundproofing inadequate. I could hear everything in the hallway, it was quite disturbing. the price felt too high for what was offered. The pillows were small, and there were few complimentary toiletries.

rooftop patio friendly staff easy location

the rooftop patio offers a view of the cathedral. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location makes it easy to walk to places i want to see.

the hotel is in an old building and i could hear guests walk on the stairs.
